This is what my grandma used to make for me as a kid and is so unbelievable easy and different for breakfast or a snack. Keep lots of bananas around! The kids will want more...

Directions

  1. While toasting bagels, mash bananas in a bowl & add a little bit of cinnamon.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Top bagels with banana mixture and eat.

I like this idea, I tried it for breakfast this morning and thought of all the good ways to use this. I made toast spread half with mashed banana and cinnamon and spreas cottage cheese on the other. Filling, sweet and healthy! It would also be good with peanut butter and honey
