This is so yummy you won't be able to stop eating it. It is irresistible because of the velvety mango, sour cream, coconut milk and nuts. Try it, enjoy!

  2. Butter loaf pans.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Beat well.
  6. Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture.
  7. Add coconut milk.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Add mangoes, sour cream and vanilla, combining well.

Never had mango bread before. However after trying it for the very first time, I must say that it was very good. This recipe definetly reinforces my new attitude on trying new recipes

It came out like pudding! I started looking at other recipes and this one had lots and lots of liquid (1 cup sour cream; 1 cup coconut milk), but only 1 cup of flour! Other quick bread recipes had half as much liquid and twice as much flour. I followed this recipe to the letter, and what came out was a flat, gelatinour mess! Would love to hear how other's turned out ok...
