My mom found this recipe. My husband loves this recipe. Mainly because it has two things that he loves, rice and corn. Not to mention it's so easy.
- 1 (7 ounce) box chicken rice-a-roni (prepared as directed)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can celery soup
- 1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn (used 2 can if desired)
- 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheese Whiz
- Mix all together in 2 1/2-quart casserole bowl.
- Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
- * To make spicy use cheese with jalapeño peppers.
