This dip goes with me to all parties and it is one of the first ones gone. I love it because it is simple but delicious and I always have the ingredients on hand. All swiss can be substituted instead of using mozzarella or experiment with the cheese or your choice. You will be asked for this recipe!
In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in ham, cheeses, green pepper and mustard. Spread in an ungreased 9" pie plate.

Bake at 400 12-15 minute Do not overbake or the mayonnaise will separate.
Very tasty and easily put together. I served it with Bagel Chips in different flavors. I liked it enough to consider spreading on bread & having as a sandwich filling. Made for My 3 Chefs 2009. Thanks for posting, this one's a keeper for sure
