A very yummy fruit dip. Tastes good with any of the fruits we know about. Tastes better if left sit for a day or so.
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)
- Soften cream cheese and honey.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Serve with any kind of fruit.
Really yummy dip that I served with fresh fruit and graham crackers. Everyone loved it! ETA: Made for Fall 2011 Pick A Chef.
