This is a simple fruit dish that my kids love for breakfast or lunch. We try to only give the kids meat at dinner time so this is great.
- Put banana, kiwi, and craisins in a bowl.
- Sprinkle grape nuts over top of it.
- Drizzle honey over top.
- You can add whatever other fruit you want.we have used peaches,grapes,raisins,apples, etc.
I didn't have the same cereal but I added walnuts to my cereal.Refreshing.
I had this for breakfast. A really interesting combination of fruits falling at different places along the sweet-sour continuum. The Grape Nuts cereal adds a nice contrast in textures.
