  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 14 cup diced onion (or be lazy and use dried onion)
  • 13 ounces taco sauce
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • taco seasoning
  • cheese, of your choice

Directions

  1. brown ground beef and oinon, drain. combine beef and the rest of the ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on high one hour, or until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with chips, sour cream, tomatoes, sour cream, black olives or whatever else you'd like.
