I really like to have this side dish as a snack or with a few ounces of meat and some sliced tomatos for a dinner.
- 1 lb low fat cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- add all ingredients to cottage cheese and stir.
