This is a quick, easy and delicious way to make spinach. The bacon bits add a great crunch and good flavor.

Excellent. I used fresh spinach and added about 1/4 cup of chicken broth for some added flavor and some salt and pepper. When served splashed some fresh lemon juice on top. We loved it. Thanks so much for sharing. Will make this again soon.
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can spinach, drained (You can use frozen or fresh if you'd like)
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits

- Place spinach in a large skillet.
- Whisk egg, milk and bacon bits together in a small bowl, then pour mixture into the skillet with spinach.
- Cook over a medium-low heat, stirring frequently until most of the moisture is absorbed into the spinach. Serve warm.
