  1. I am going to try this as a filling to homemade pop tarts!

  2. YUM!! Made with whipped cream cheese for a lovely light texture, and served with crackers and crisp apple slices. This was devoured quickly and very much enjoyed. Next time I may try it on bagels or pumpkin bread. Thanks for sharing, can't wait to make again for family and friends at Thanksgiving.

  3. Thanks for sharing, I sprinkled with chopped walnuts, YUM!

  4. Oh WOW!!!! This is WONDERFUL!!! So easy to make up and SOOOO Tasty!!!! I bought the 12 oz whipped cream cheese so I just adjusted the ingredients accordingly and this was just wonderful!!!! Thanks for sharing!!

  5. This was really good on some Pumpkin bread! I used only 2T brown sugar & omitted the white sugar since the bread was already sweet. And doubled the cinnamon :) I appreciate a recipe that can be tweaked to our own tastes! Thanks!

Tweaks

  1. I do love brown sugar and cinnamon cream cheese, but I find we do not eat it often enough, so the container is around for quite a while. This recipe is easy to 1/4 of 1/2, making it wasy to only make 1/4 or 1/2 of a package of plain cream cheese into cinnamon and brown sugar cream cheese! I did use low fat cream cheese and brown sugar Sugar Twin instead of brown sugar which worked well. I actually omitted the regular sugar and increased the cinnamon just a bit for personal likings. Thanks for the great recipe and a solution for smaller amounts of this type of cream cheese!
