ingredients

  • 250 g chickpeas (cooked or drained and rinsed if using canned)
  • 0.30 ml baking soda
  • 0.25 ml salt
  • 2.46 ml vanilla extract
  • 1.23 ml almond extract
  • 22.18 ml nut butter (almond would be nice)
  • 29.58 ml non-dairy milk, might need more
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 14.79 ml Splenda sugar substitute (optional, I didnt need it)
  • 29.58 ml oats
  • 59.14 ml mini chocolate chip (or use raisins, cranberries, nuts, whatever tickles your fancy)

directions

  • Combine everything except for the oats and chocolate chips in abowl or your food processor and blend until smooth (I used a hand-held blender for this).
  • Stir in chocolate chips and oats.
  • Enjoy!
