Deee-lishus! Great-tasting dessert bars. They're so easy to make.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Grease bottom and sides of a 13"x9" baking dish; lightly flour.
  4. Stir together all ingredients except Glaze with a spoon til blended well.
  5. Spread batter in pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  8. Drizzle Cappuccino Glze over bars while they are still warm.
  9. Cut into bars and serve warm or room temperature.

I wasn't sure about adding the raisins; but went ahead. My friends and I did not care for it. I might try again with omitting the raisins and only halving the glaze, as I found the glaze too sweet, after sprinkling mini choc chips after baking, which added to the sweetness.

Scandalous?!?!? I think NOT.. I actually LOVED these! AND.. The group of women (12 of em) LOVED these as well! I gave all of them the recipe as they "demanded" to know where I got this from! Kudos To you for posting this recipe! And the Raisins made it PERFECT!

The Glaze is a plus but I don't think anyone would eat a coffee bar with raisins in it! Scandalous!!
