Yummy Bread Sticks

"These bread sticks are so DELICIOUS! They are are moist and very easy to make. They go great with pastas, soups, or just about anything. The butter on the bottom of the pan makes a huge difference. Don't substitute it for spray!"

 • Melt butter and cover bottom of cookie sheet generously with butter (no substitutes). 5.Sprinkle with garlic powder.
 • Roll out dough in baking sheet.
 • Rub with butter and sprinkle parmesan cheese ( I like to add more garlic powder and Italian seasonings at this point).
 • With a pizza cutter, cut into 1 inch strips longways, then cut them in half the opposite direction.
 • Let rise for 20 minutes.

 1. They were very good! I like them best after they were cold! I didn't mind the thickness myself. Only a couple things salt amount wasn't listed so i guesstimated and I added garlic salt (just a little) on the top while they were warm, other than that they were great! I will be making these again.

 2. This was good. However it seemed rather bland and thick. I think it would have been better with parmesan cheese, garlic and herbs mixed into...... maybe next time I will try it with the additions.

 3. These were "GREAT", I had to adjust the flour a little for It being so hot and dry here in Indiana. Bread Sticks were very moist golden brown and had such a good flavor. Alot better than you can buy at most pizza shops. As with any bread recipe the water and flour may need to be adjusted for hi or lo humity...Very good

 4. Tried this recipe and it didn't work. Instead of getting bread dough, I got a giant, sticky mess. I followed the exact recipe and even double checked everything.
P.S
It took me two hours to clean my mixer and then another thirty minutes cleaning my kitchen.

I LOVE to bake! I love it even more when I don't have to clean up afterwards. When I cook something, especially a traditional recipe like green bean casserole, I like to find that one ingredient that makes it go BAM!
