I wanted a filling yet light meal. I looked at what I had in the house and put it together 1 ounce at a time.

  1. Have all the ingreients ready. Garlic and onion first, then beef, then all the rest - throw all the ingredients into a hot nonstick pan, wok or cast iron skillet (my choice). Stir till heated though.
  2. Enjoy.
