Yummy and Healthy Chicken Wrap

- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 -2 flour tortilla
- 1⁄2 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (to taste) or 1 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
directions
- Prepare brown rice as instructed on the box/bag.
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Add extra virgin olive oil to a hot pan and grill chicken.
- Lay tortillas on plates.
- Add rice to tortillas, but don't completely cover the tortilla, only about 1/4-1/2 cup on each tortilla.
- Top rice with spinach.
- When chicken is thoroughly cooked (completely white through) add that on top of the spinach and rice.
- While the pan you cooked the chicken in is still hot, add a little more extra virgin olive oil to the pan and add the garlic salt or powder. And allow it to heat just a little bit.
- Drizzle the oil over the chicken.
- Wrap and serve!
