This is Yummy! and healthy!


  1. Mash avocado into smal chunks.
  2. Cut up tomato in small pieces.
  3. Cut up onion in fine pieces.
  4. Blend garlic and add to avocado.
  5. Combine all ingredients and serve with pita chips!

This is a good salsa cruda, but I think the quality is probably very dependent on having a truly ripe, delicious tomato. I had a store-bought one.
