This is Yummy! and healthy!
- Mash avocado into smal chunks.
- Cut up tomato in small pieces.
- Cut up onion in fine pieces.
- Blend garlic and add to avocado.
- Combine all ingredients and serve with pita chips!
This is a good salsa cruda, but I think the quality is probably very dependent on having a truly ripe, delicious tomato. I had a store-bought one.
