These were very good! I used 2T garlic butter and 2T margarine but I think I will use reg. butter next time. A good comfort food recipe. Thanks!

  1. Wash potatoes and place in pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender when pierced with a fork, 40-50 minutes.
  2. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, butter, scallions and mash, blending well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve piping hot.
