- 3 large tomatoes, cut in half
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup danish feta cheese, finely crumbled
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried thyme
- Core tomatoes slightly, then sprinkle tomatoes with pepper.
- In a bowl, blend together mayonnaise, Feta cheese, green onion and thyme.
- Spoon the mixture into the tomato halves.
- Broil for about 5 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
