I make these up and throw some chicken in. I then freeze them and when I want them for lunch or to take to work, I just take one out of the freezer and by the time I get to work it is ready to be zapped. Yum!

Very good and very simple. I made as directed and used The Best Restaurant Salsa Made at Home#133436 with some sour cream to top. As suggested any type of meat or cheese could be added for more of a meal. Thank you for submitting the recipe. Made for Let's PARTY 2011.

Very good and simple. I used corn tortillas, added some poached chicken and cajun seasoning to spice it up a bit, then served with salsa and sour cream.

This recipe makes the perfect quesadilla! I sauteed some onion, garlic, and red/yellow/green bell pepper in a bit of oil. I added some cayenne, a Mexican blend and some seasoned salt to the pepper mixture. Then I put a scoop on each quesadilla. They were AMAZING! Thanks for the great recipe!

Yumm! These were great. We made them with sautéed orange and green peppers, green onions, mushrooms, shrimp and cheddar cheese. They were excellent (and easy), and I have a feeling they will be made often :).

Awesome! I couldn't believe I needed to look up how to make a quesadilla but I am glad I did. These were simple and turned out crunchy and yummy.

I had never used butter to make a quesadilla before, and I have been really missing out. Very easy, but just wonderful, and so delightful to partake at lunchtime in front of a woodstove on a cold day. I love hot salsa's so I used some salsa I made from last summer (canned) and it was a bit of heaven in the quesadilla. Thanks for sharing!

Wanted something quick and easy and this fit the bill. Just me here tonight so it worked out great. Just had salsa but that was enough. Thanks, sure I will make again.

Fast and easy...much tastier than throwing together a sandwich. I used smart balance butter and just used fiesta blend cheese with some taco sauce sprinkled on top of that. Great Little Meal!

Yum! I put salsa inside my quesadilla when cooking. Heat does not need to be high to fry tortilla.

I make these frequently and I LOVE them! Sometimes I put sliced pickled jalapenos, cilantro, and/or meat of some sort (ham, chicken) in them to change things up.
