- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- 14 ounces condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, soften
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 21 ounces strawberry pie filling
directions
- In a large mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy. Grandually beat in the condensed milk until it is smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Chill 3 hours or until it is set. Before serving top with your favorite pie filling.
- Refrigerate leftover pie.

My name is Cindy. I am a mother of two girls...12 yrs. and 6 yrs. Married for 22 years. Our family is Bi-Racial. Therefore, you will see me posting many soul food recipe. Most will come from my dear mother-in-law and some from my dear mom...My DH and I are both from Tn. We own and operate a Child Care Center. Yes....I am a pre-school teacher.
