A unique stuffing recipe using Uneeda Biscuits.
- 12 ounces uneeda biscuits
- 12 ounces saltines
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup warm water
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons chicken fat or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fry onions slowly in fat until soft and golden. Set aside.
- Crush biscuits and saltines. Combine crumbs with onions and remaining ingredients. Stuff into chicken or turkey and cook as usual.
