This is a great way to use leftover pot roast! Easy & tasty...definitely a keeper recipe!
This was delicious! Extremely easy recipe. We made the gravy with chicken broth. It still came out really good. I highly recommend this recipe.
Very good. I had slightly more leftover than the suggested amounts, so had to do some adjustments. I also baked it in a 9x13 to be able to fit everything in. :)
We've never had a yorkshire pudding of any kind before so I didin't know what to expect when making this recipe. There is nothing wrong with the recipe. My family just didn't like the taste/texture of a yorkshire pudding which is personal preference.
Kendra, this was fabulous! Only change I made is I included a handful of frozen artichoke hearts. Wanted to use them up. I had a great leftover gravy made with dark porter beer. So you can imagine....Yum!
This was great. The smell while cooking was wonderful & the taste was as good. I was going to take a picture, but alas our gastric juices were flowing so much from the smell that hunger overtook us. I only had a 9" pie plate so the 'pudding' rose quite high. Made for a lovely presentation. Thanks Kendra for a great recipe for leftovers.
Excellent recipe! What a great idea to use up your leftover pot roast. My DH and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely make this again! Thanks!
An excellent use of leftover roast. I was concerned the middle would be soggy and unpleasant but it wasn't. I added frozen potatoes instead of leftover diced potatoes. I would definitely make this again.
