My mum's recipe. So delicious for a traditional english roast dinner
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease muffin cup tin (best if using fat from the meat you are cooking).
- Mix flour and salt.
- Combine milk and eggs.
- Add to flour and beat well until mixture is very smooth.
- Pour into muffin cups (makes 12)
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
This makes an amazing yorkshire pudding. I have been using it all my life. Last time I added 3rd egg and oh boy did it rise to the occasion.
