My mum's recipe. So delicious for a traditional english roast dinner

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin cup tin (best if using fat from the meat you are cooking).
  3. Mix flour and salt.
  4. Combine milk and eggs.
  5. Add to flour and beat well until mixture is very smooth.
  6. Pour into muffin cups (makes 12)
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

This makes an amazing yorkshire pudding. I have been using it all my life. Last time I added 3rd egg and oh boy did it rise to the occasion.
