- Toast the walnuts in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 - 7 minutes. Allow walnuts to cool and coarsely chop.
- Spoon yogurt cheese into 6 bowls. Top each with honey and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
This was awesome. I could have eaten the whole six bowls by myself - in one sitting. Thanks for sharing the easy recipe.
I halved the recipe, used Greek yogurt and ate it with some blueberry sauce too. Delish! Thanks! Made for Pick a Chef (PAC) event. :)
