This is a satisfying, super simple way to start the day
- 1 cup organic plain whole yogurt
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 3⁄4 cup berries, of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cranberries)
- Mix yogurt and cream.
- Add berries on top.
- Sweeten with Stevia to taste.
