- 236.59 ml yogurt, Greek, plain
- 2.46 ml salt
- 0.61 ml black pepper, freshly ground
- 1.23 ml cayenne (to taste)
- 29.58 ml parsley, finely minced
- 4.92 ml black mustard seeds, lightly ground
- 1 cucumber, peeled & coarsely grated
directions
- In a small bowl, gently whisk the yogurt until creamy.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Mix well & chill.
