Excellent - I used it with greek food in place of tzatziki sauce and I found i liked the mint even better than the dill I'm used to. Thanks!

Great refreshing salad that was a perfect counterpoint to the Sambossa I made for dinner. I did add the mint and would not want to leave it out. It was lovely exactly as written and reminded me of Raita. I'll be making this often.

This was so good! I used dried mint and the flavor really didn't come through but since it was an option it doesn't matter. I plan on making this again with fresh mint as soon as I get some. Thanks for sharing your, cool, refreshing salad. Made for ZWT7- Africa.

Very good salad! I doubled the fresh mint since I bought it as a bunch. Definetely light and a nice side dish with the salmon I had today. Actually the two went well as a meal, so i'm glad I had it today.
