This is a result of wanting something to spread on breads & muffins or even toast when I was looking for something sweet that doesn't kill the bottom line! I made just enough for my needs at the time, feel free to increase as needed.
- 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon light margarine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (or 1 packet)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- Combine all ingredients.
- Store up to a week in the fridge.
