A nice light sauce for sliced cukes or a green salad.
- 1⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon minced mint
- 1 tablespoon minced dill
- Whisk well all ingredients and taste.
- Chill well.
- The yogurt and sour cream break down a bit to make a thin-ish sauce.
I didn't really follow the measurements, but I added in all of the ingredients, plus crushed garlic and dill and it was delicious. I felt like I was eating in my favorite vegetarian restaurant! Thanks for posting.
Yum! That's all I can say! I made this with fat free sour cream and yogurt and it was still incredible!
