I eat this for my snacks at work. Yogurt doesn't fill me up, but this does. I like the crunch from the shredded wheat and they stay crunchy for a while.
- 6 -8 ounces yogurt (any type, whatever flavor you like)
- 1 cup shredded wheat cereal
- 1 apple, diced (or use any fruit you want)
- Add all into a bowl and stir well.
