A nice dessert; I used strained stawberry yoghurt and creme fraiche. I whisked it all together with the icing sugar and piled it into small glass dishes with cream and hundreds and thousands as a decoration. I was going to use a mould, but thought that it was too soft to hold its shape! A refreshing and cool dessert thanks! FT:-)

Directions

  1. Put in a bowl Yogurt with the powdered sugar
  2. Add cream and mix from bottom to high
  3. Pour in the mould.
