I do not recall where I found this recipe, but I do know that it is very popular and never any leftovers. A pleasant change from the usual custard type sauces.

Directions

  1. Beat together eggs, sugar, orange juice and lemon juice until well mixed. Cook over simmering water until thickened (should coat a spoon). Stir in yoghurt. Chill.
  2. Use as a sauce for fresh fruit or over cake.
  3. Enjoy.
