Using natural thick Yoghurt makes a much more thick, yet light texture pancake. overall taste so good especially with chocolate spread
- basically mix all through the ingrediates together, the Yoghurt makes a thicker batter so if you have a hand held blender it makes it smoother.
- fry on a dry pan (non stick) for 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
- top with fruit or chocolate spread.
Very yummy fluffy pancakes! My mix was millet flour, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch and xanthan, and I used Greek sheep yoghurt. Will make them again! thanks for sharing :)
