    Using natural thick Yoghurt makes a much more thick, yet light texture pancake. overall taste so good especially with chocolate spread

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 6

    Directions:

    1. 1
      basically mix all through the ingrediates together, the Yoghurt makes a thicker batter so if you have a hand held blender it makes it smoother.
    2. 2
      fry on a dry pan (non stick) for 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.

      top with fruit or chocolate spread.

      Very yummy fluffy pancakes! My mix was millet flour, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch and xanthan, and I used Greek sheep yoghurt. Will make them again! thanks for sharing :)
