A lovely fresh condiment to serve with Indian dishes and very easy!
- 1 cup thick yoghurt
- 1 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 very finely chopped green chili pepper (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together, leave for at least one hour and serve.
