- 500 g tofu, mashed
- 50 g chicken breasts, mashed
- 50 g egg whites
- 10 g salt
- 50 g parsley or 50 g coriander leaves, to garnish
- Add salt and egg whites to the mashed tofu and chicken breasts.
- Mix well.
- Put the chicken and tofu mixture on a plate.
- Garnish with parlsey or corriander leaves.
- Steam the mixture until its cooked.
- Serve hot.
