I loved it!! I made it for a one serving to have for lunch along with a topping for French Bread!!! Great combo, I did use egg substitue instead of the egg yolk, but otherwise made as written for a scaled back amount. I still had extra dressing, which I knew I would, but it was tangy and yummy and loved the added bacon!! Really made for a great lunch combo!!!
