My favorite way of preparing squash, calorie laden though it is.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Steam squash until soft and mash.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, place in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.

This is an old family favorite. We make it with 1/2 cup chopped green olives with pimentos, plus finely chopped carrots. It gives it more color and flavor.

These was very easy to make and very good! I took this to a Ladies Meal I was hosting and got tons of compliments and requests for the recipe! I wasn't really sure how I felt about squash, but this was really good! The only change I made to the recipe was to leave out the onion! Thanks for a great recipe, Bogey'sMom!

This was pretty good. I used squash and zucchini, cream of mushroom soup (didn't have cr of chicken), and added 1/2 a bag of cheddar cheese. It reminded me a lot of Thanksgiving dressing. Thanks for the recipe.
