Any hot pepper could be substituted for the jalapeno.
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper, minced (or more to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and serve.
