  1. Cut orange and onion into paper thin slices, place in non-metal bowl.
  2. Cover with French dressing mixed with Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Let stand at room temperature two hours or longer.
  4. Mix meat with ice water and salt.
  5. Shap into four patties. Fry in butter.
  6. Drain orange and onion slices.
  7. Split and toast buns; spread each bun bottom with soft butter, add meat patty, orange and onion slices.
  8. Cover with top half of bun.
