  2. Very easy to make (all by hand, too) with simple ingredients. Taste was fine but not outstanding.

  3. I make cake mix cookies a lot- very easy. My fave is 1 Cake mix- yellow, 1 egg, 2 cups whip cream in the can, 1/4 c sour cream, 1/4 c veggie oil and a BIG handful of chocolate chips- very easy and yummy. Bake 350 for about 8 minutes- I also use the toffee bits and it comes out good. I will try this posting- it sounds really good also !! The sour cream makes them very shiny and pretty ! I always have a cake mix on hand and they are great in a pinch!! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

  4. These weren't my favorites, I'm afraid. They don't taste bad - there's nothing wrong with the recipe - but they just weren't really too my liking. The peanut butter flavor is very subtle, but these don't taste like yellow cake either, and the toffee is pointless because you can't taste it (I used the Heath bag of chocolate and toffee pieces because that's all I could find...maybe something else would work better?). I made these rather large, bigger than directed, and got 40 cookies. Be warned...these are the kind of cookies that don't seem done when in fact they are. I left my first batch in a little too long and the chocolate chips burned!
