    • 2 1/4 cups water
    • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
    • 1 cup light rum
    • 3/4 cup creme de banane

    Directions:

      Combine all ingredients; stir well, and serve over ice.

      We had some friends over for dinner and this is what I served. A huge hit. A great sweet-tangy citrus base mixed with rum. The banana liqueur is the secret to its success. A wonderful summertime mixer. Made for a very jolly evening. Thanks Nurse Di.
