I've been making this recipe for about three years and it remains on of my son's favorites. We leave out the bean sprouts. Great recipe!

Entire family LOVED this recipe. I forgot to buy bean sprouts so I added lots of mushrooms, I imagine you could use any veg that would be great in a stir-fry. I also added the ramen soup base. Delish!!!

Made this yesterday and it was a big hit. DH said this is one of my finer casseroles. I made the whole recipe and the two of us finished it off in two days. One dinner and one lunch for us. Will definetly be making this often. Thank you for posting this.

This was excellent! I used beef strips, a bag of sliced cabbage (like ready for coleslaw), and instead of the soysauce, I used All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce (Brown Garlic Sauce) All Purpose StirFry Sauce. It seemed to have the flavors that everyone was adding: garlic, ginger, etc. This recipe did make a lot, it was almost a little hard to manage in the pan, but well worth it! I didn't put the bacon in either...watching those calories. Yummy!

Yum. I changed it a lot, skipped the bacon and used strips of beef instead of ground. I added the flavor packet from the noodles and added a bunch of fresh ginger. Very tasty and easy.

This is soooo good! I halved the recipe and, even so, it easily made enough for 4-5. It is salty, and sweet and crispy and smooth. I certainly will be making this again. I think I want to try it with ground pork. And I may make it more noodley--using two packets of ramen noodles for half the recipe. It is just delicious.

Really different and tasty! I love the bacon and ground beef here- you don't see those ingredients in sitr-frys often, but they work. I also like that the dish is mostly made up of meat and veggies and doesn't have a lot of noodles. I left out the sprouts and added lots of hot sauce, and it was a hit. [Made & Reviewed for PRMR]

I enjoyed working with the recipe and was happy that I was able to make a spin of the dish with the ingredients that I had on hand. I used turkey instead of beef and didn't have cabbage or bean sprouts in my refrigerator. The combination of ingredients worked out quite nicely. I added a bit more soy sauce and red chili flakes to enhance the flavor. I'll definitely make this again!
