What a terrific find. Last terrific find I had was money in my clothes dryer. Made for Everyday Is A Holiday.

I LOVE this! I made half of the recipe and it still made two wraps. The combination of the cooked sweet potato and onion with the uncooked green onions, sesame seeds and black beans was excellent! This is a great veggie/vegan option for lunch or dinner. This will be my first recipe to make it into my best of the best of 2012 cookbook!

This was excellent! I agree -- the hardest part was grating the yam. I didn't have green onions and had to use regular onion instead of red. Love the sunflower seeds in it! Made for Zaar 1-2-3 Hits Tag Game 2010.

This wrap is unlike any other I have ever eaten. The sunflower seeds add such an earthy, nutty taste! And one wrap was enough to totally fill me up! The colors are beautiful together. The hardest part is grating the sweet potato, but that is made easy by putting it in my mini food processor.....which holds (gasp!) 2 cups! Really nice, healthy recipe! Made for Newest Tag.
