The DS's music recreation group really enjoyed these, I did a 1/2 recipe and got 31 cookies and they took 13 minutes to cook at 170C fan forced oven. Thank you ~Jen~, made for Healthy Choice ABC Tag game.

These are very good - don't expect a traditional chocolate chip cookie. These are chewy and healthy tasting yet delicious. I like the extra sweetness of the raisins (I used golden) and I love how lowfat these are! I even used egg substitute (1/2 cup) rather than higher fat eggs.

Everyone here loved these. I used egg sub. (because I had some I needed to use) and didn't pack the brown sugar. Otherwise I made it as written. They were gobbled up by all (4 adults and 2 kids). My kids said some of the other kids at school mentioned that it was odd that they had carrot in their cookies. But my kids said they were so good they didn't care. Thanks Jen!

I like chocolate chips cookies but not as much as my BF. But this version I prefer. Probably because of the addition of carrots and oats. I didn't add raisins. I didn't pack the brown sugar. Cause I didn't want the cookies to be too sweet. Thanks Jen :) Made for Beverage tag.

It sounded amazing - so I threw everything together in a bowl, chopped up the carrots very finely and then...What? Why is this sticking to my hand?! I had neglected to read the "spoon" part in the instructions, therfor rendering my left arm quite (plesantly) squishy. After rincing off I dropped them onto a pan and baked for 12 minutes. they came out rather puffy and once you got past the whole "why are there carrots in my dessert?" it was only up from there. Well done!

These are a most healthy, yummy, and satisfying cookie! I like that the recipe calls for the oil instead of butter, for a change, and the addition of carrots. Flour was a blend of whole wheat and spelt, and this time with the addition of 1/4 cup soy flour and 1/4 cup hempseed powder. Sugar was 1/2 brown and 1/2 Splenda. Instead of milk, used soy beverage. Yield was 38 cookies, and they baked about 17 min. I'd make them again in a flash. Fun and easy.
