I made a 3lb turkey breast, adjusting accordingly and it turned out so very tender. A real family winner here and healthy too! I made it in the crockpot, thanks to another review. I served it with mashed potatoes, gravy, and broc. and cheese, but just about any side would go well with it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Lovely tender and juicy turkey breast and so easy to fix. Love the juice it made in the aluminum wrap. the combination of herbs was delightful. instead of the spray I used a teaspoon of olive oil to make a loose paste because I was using skinless/boneless breasts and was able to rub it over them. Just cooked 2 small breasts. Delicious, thanks for posting.

I made this in the crock pot on low for 6 hours nad it was WONDERFUL and juicy. this is a keeper and will be a family favorite. I may roast a whole turkey the same way in the oven. Thanks for sharing.
