I also found this on the same website as you, thanks for sharing as I'm sure it will fit for some. They taste like diet food and were missing the texture I was craving. Banana-Chocolate Chip Muffins has a better texture with slightly fewer calories. The protein can be tweaked by using almond flour, etc. I'm going to opt for that one and try adding coco powder next time and the 1/2 cup applesauce I always add for moisture.
