This is a recipe from the Weight Watchers website. I am saving it here to try later. 2 points per serving. Seems like a great flavor combination to me.

  1. To make the dressing: combine the first 6 ingredients(juice through pepper).
  2. Put the spinach in a large bowl, toss with the dressing. Top with the grapefruit adn sesame seeds. Serve right away.

As a fan of grapefruit and sesame was happy to find and enjoy this nice healthy side. I did use toasted sesame seeds as I could not find black sesame seeds and no one was the wiser (wink and smile) Thanks for the post.

I love grapefruit and fresh spinach so what's not to like about this salad. The dressing was really good. I made a rather large salad for one but used the entire grapefruit. Very refreshing on a hot summer day! Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT7-Pacific Islands.
