I liked the zing of lime in this dish - very fresh tasting. I made 1.5 times the recipe and will freeze a couple of the chops for meals for my DFIL. I did have to cook the chops for 15 to 20 minutes and used parsley - we have a no cilantro house! LOL! Made for PRMR tag. Thanks TeresaS! :)

Easy and yummy! I can't believe it's even a recipe considering how simple it is! I didn't have any lime juice, so used lemon instead and omitted the cilantro/parsley. It still turned out great. Thanks for sharing!

Nice receipe. since i don't like pork, i used turkey steaks instead. The only other change i made was to put a slice of cheese (i know now ww ;) on top of mine.

Very enjoyable! Don't omit the cilantro, it adds punch. I used medium Chi Chi's Fiesta salsa. My boneless pork chops were 8 oz each, so my simmering time was 40-45 minutes to 170 degrees. Just follow your digital meat thermometer to the desired degree of doneness. We enjoyed the amount of lime juice in the recipe. Made for I Recommend Tag based on the review by Shelby Jo.

Good, quick recipe! A bit too much lime juice for my taste, so I'll adjust that next time. Although they are good on their own, I also sliced the chops in thin strips and rolled them in tortillas with light sour cream. It was really good. Thanks for the recipe.

Oh my, this recipe is delicious!! I made if for dinner tonight. I used a little more salsa than the recipe called for (I used 1 cup of salsa) I love the touch of the cilantro it made if taste so refreshing!! I served this with Lemony rice pilaf #16512 and it was a perfect pairing! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

DH enjoyed these pork chops but sorry to say not a favorite for me. I used mild salsa and doubled the amount along with the lime juice. I topped with a spoonful of salsa and dried parsley then served with Shannon in VA's Recipe #30167. Made and reviewed for the Gimme5 Tag Game.

These were just delicious with a winning combination of minimal effort and maximum flavor. In the end, the outcome here depends on the type of salsa used. Considered using my favorite a smoky chipotle salsa from Trader Joe's but decided a more conventional salsa might work best and that was a good choice. I did find that I need to add a little watter, about a tablespoon, which simmered out to keep the pork moist. Thanks for a delicious and quick meal. Made for 123 Hit Wonders.

I really enjoyed these. I cut the lime juice back to about 1 1/2 tablespoons just because I usually like less lime than recipes call for, I thought it was the perfect amount. This was so quick to make I couldn't even believe it! I will definitely make these again...maybe I'll try to marinade the chops before hand like other reviewers mentioned. Thanks for the keeper! Made for 1-2-3 hit Wonders Tag.

Very good pork chops. It's a nice recipe to pull together quickly on a warm summer night since the oven isn't used! I marinated the chops in the salsa/lime mix as BC suggested and topped with cilantro. Thanks Teresa! Made for 123 Hit Wonders.

This is a very tasty recipe. I think next time I'll let the chops sit in the salsa and lime juice for an hour or so before cooking to help infuse the flavours into the meat. My DH doesn't care for cilantro but IMHO, it just sets off the dish. Thank you - will definitely be making again.
