What a lovely simple dinner side, just throw everything in the pot and let it go to work. I used brown rice so had to use a bit more water and cook for longer but this is definitely much nicer than plain old rice. Thanks for posting!

Very nice rice...I made it as side, and kind of wished I'd just made the rice and thrown in some leftover chicken. The italian seasoning seemed to overpower the other dishes. But I think this would be fabulous as a one dish meal....adding some chicken and throwing in some steamed fresh broccoli.

When I saw the recipe I thougt it's going to be a four star becoz I really liked your Lemon Garlic Rice. But this one was quite nice too. I made my own Italian seasoning. Haven't had plain rice in a while now.

Tasted good - good flavor. Couldn't tell it was WW, but glad it was! I think I'll add an extra bullion cube next time for a bit more chicken flavor. I use low sodium cubes so it's ok. Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag 2009.

This is a very nice way to dress up plain rice. Lots of flavor and went well with roast chicken. Other herb combinations would work well also, like poultry seasoning or Herbes de Provence.

This is very tasty. You can really taste the garlic flavor in this dish. What a nice change from the norm. I cut the recipe in half and got at least 4 servings as a side dish. Thanks for posting a wonderful WW recipe. :)

This recipe used my standard way of cooking rice. The onion, garlic and herb additions make for a very tasty side dish. Try using veggie cubes if you don't want chicken. This recipe is so versatile that you can use it with almost anything. :D

This is very good. I used brown rice and did this in my steamer. So I used 1 1/4 cups of water instead of 2 1/2 and used 1 bullion cube. I cooked mine about 60 mins in the steamer and it was still a little "crunchy" so next time I'll do it 65. Very flavorful served it with grilled chicken. Thanks for posting.
