Ww Potatoes With Onions

"This is so good!! It is out of a WW cookbook called "Simple & Classic Homecooking". Has only 1 Point per serving. Yukon gold potatoes give this dish a wonderful buttery flavor. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese over the potaotes for a delicious cheesy flavor option. Hope you enjoy! Edit 5/24/07 This worked great on the grill. Place all the ingredients on heavy duty foil, seal and cooked about 30 minutes."

 1. Delicious potatoes and onions! This was really easy to make and we really enjoyed this as a side dish. Comfort food!

 2. This was a wonderful dish. The thyme contributed a lot of flavor to the potatoes and onions. I made the recipe exactly as written (no changes), and it turned out wonderful. I will make this dish again, and I'll stick to the original recipe because it's quite good without any adjustments or substitutes. Thanks, Teresa.

 3. Great flavours. Next time I might pre-boil the potatoes for 10 min and add them to the pan without liqiud to try and get the potatoes crunchy

 4. Yum, yum, yum. These tasty taters were wonderful. Made exactly as written, wouldn't change a thing. Tender and flavorful just the way I like them. I made 1/2 the recipe for the two of us, it was perfect. A lovely addition to our steak and cucumber salad. Thanks for sharing TeresaS.

 5. This is a very tasty dish. I substituted olive oil for the margarine, and used homemade salt-free stock. These are smothered potatoes, so don't expect them to be crisp. Yukon golds are definitely the right potato here. Great recipe, thanks for posting!

 2. Yummy. No one guessed that it was diet food. I used olive oil instead of margarine and new potatoes. Everyone enjoyed it and only DH added butter when he ate them. (more habit than for taste)

 3. These are so, so good and so simple to make. The flavors were just wonderful for so little ingredients. My onion became very mushy but still added a lot of flavor. I used parsley in place of thyme because of personal preference. My photos don't look like yours, but I followed the directions for preparation. Thanks so much for sharing. Just wonderful.

? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state? We have 2 wonderful children, both grown. My son lives in LA and my daughter and her husband recently moved back in the area with their little boy...our grandson... who just turned?5 years old. We have a granddaughter who lives close by...she just turned 23 this year. She's a sweetheart.? Life is good when you have a son and a?daughter and they?gift?you with a granddaughter and grandson. :)??
